You will drive the people side of change across regional digital, AI, and innovation initiatives, leading strategic change management plans to ensure seamless technology adoption, stakeholder alignment, and long-term value realization across enterprise business units.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional innovation change management strategies, impact assessments, and training enablement programs for enterprise products.
- Establish change champion networks, stakeholder engagement roadshows, and alignment workshops across business units and senior leadership.
- Design executive-ready communications, newsletters, leadership messages, and multimedia campaign content to maximize engagement and adoption.
- Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and training completion rates to construct progress dashboards for steering committees.
- Maintain enterprise change management playbooks, frameworks, and governance documentation to institutionalize best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business units and HR to seamlessly embed new digital capabilities into daily operations.
- Early risk warnings and key issue escalations delivered proactively to leadership to ensure timely resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in change management, organizational development, strategic communications, or project management; expereince in working in insurance industry is a plus.
- Direct experience leading change initiatives within technology, digital transformation, AI, or innovation environments; consulting background preferred.
- Proven record of delivering change activities on schedule while maintaining strict project compliance and governance.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and align cross-functional senior executives without direct authority.
- Practical familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or structured change management methodologies.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
