Working closely with a nationwide network of dealerships, you'll become the go-to expert for parts interpretation, inventory support, pricing assistance, dealer training, and product development activities.
About the Role:
- Provide expert parts interpretation and technical support to dealership parts departments
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealer enquiries via phone, email, and online systems
- Assist with parts pricing, quoting, and sales support initiatives
- Support inventory planning, stock ordering, and product development activities
- Manage dealer backorders and provide regular updates on stock availability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the dealer network
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support business objectives
- Work closely with warehousing, service, and supplier stakeholders to ensure outstanding dealer support
- Automotive parts experience from a dealership, distributor, or OEM environment
- Strong parts interpretation skills and technical product knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for helping others
- Inventory management and stock control experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confidence working across multiple systems and dealer management platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and reporting capabilities
- The ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work independently
