The Situation:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator for a permanent position for an is an industry leading organisation. 

Your Typical Day:
  • End-to-End Recruitment activities (including co-ordination of advertising, shortlisting, interviews, appointments, aptitude testing, reference checks, clothing issues, document compliance etc.
  • Timecard Management
  • Create and run recruitment campaigns and manage talent pipelines
  • Maintain compliance and recruitment data
  • Administration - drafting & issuing contracts, employee filing

About you:
  • Two plus years' experience in recruitment
