- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

- Proficiency with technology systems related to fund accounts
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to explain complex pension information clearly and professionally
- Previous experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of pension rules and regulations
- Experience working with web-based account management tools
- College degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Pension or financial services experience highly advantageous
