We are currently seeking experienced, ticketed construction labourers for immediate starts across multiple active projects in Burleigh, Southport, Tweed Heads and Robina .
These roles offer consistent hours across major commercial and residential developments, with strong potential to transition into ongoing or permanent positions. Working alongside site supervisors and qualified trades, you will play a vital role in keeping these key coastal sites running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Trade Support: Assisting qualified tradespeople with daily tasks and site operations.
- Plant & Equipment: Safely operating machinery in line with your specific tickets.
- Site Setup & Maintenance: Handling materials, site preparation, and site clean-up.
- Tools & Safety: Operating hand and power tools strictly adhering to site safety protocols.
- Teamwork: Working both independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
Candidates holding valid high-risk tickets will be prioritised for specialised tasks, including:
- Forklift (LF / LO): Loading/unloading deliveries, moving pallets, and site logistics.
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform): Operating scissor/boom lifts for high-access trade support.
- Telehandler & Hoist: Managing heavy material movement and vertical transport on multi-storey builds.
- Traffic Control: Directing site traffic, pedestrian flow, and managing site access points.
- Civil / Earthworks (Roller / Excavator): Supporting trenching, compaction, and general groundworks.
- High-Risk Safety (Confined Space / Working at Heights / Silica): Executing high-risk work adhering strictly to safety procedures, respirator fit testing, and silica awareness.
- Minimum 12 months experience on commercial or residential construction sites.
- Proven track record of following site management instructions and working safely.
- Confident in operating machinery relevant to your valid tickets.
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and reliable.
- Valid White Card (General Construction Induction).
- Relevant High-Risk Work Licences / Tickets (where applicable).
- Full Australian Working Rights.
- Reliable transport (essential for travelling across site locations).
- Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis shirt, steel-cap boots, gloves, and safety glasses).
- Competitive Pay: $39.00 – $50.00 per hour + Super (commensurate with tickets and experience).
- Daily Travel Allowance: $22.41 per day.
- Overtime & Meal Allowances: Generous overtime rates (Time & a Half / Double Time) + meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours.
- Weekly Pay: Reliable, weekly pay cycle.
- Pipeline of Work: Steady, local projects across Burleigh, Southport, Tweed Heads and Robina with long-term potential.
