Location: Rock Hill, SC
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience) + Paid for Performance Incentive
Schedule: 1st Shift – Start time 6:20 AM; end time varies based on production needs

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Blender Helper to assist in the production of spice blends for third-party customers. This position works alongside an experienced Blender Operator in a fast-paced, labor-intensive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, lifting heavy materials, and following detailed production and food safety procedures.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with the blending and production of spice blends according to established formulas and procedures.
• Lift, move, and add ingredients weighing up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the shift.
• Accurately document and verify production information during the blending process.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Support production goals by working efficiently and safely in a team environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift and handle 50-pound bags throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation.
• Must be safety-conscious and committed to maintaining food safety standards.
• Ability to successfully complete and score well on a pre-employment aptitude test.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Continuous standing for long periods.
• Repetitive reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding production environment.
