Utility Production Associate - 1st Shift

• Material Handling: Move blank garments, screens, inks, and finished t-shirts around the warehouse floor.
• Line Support: Help set up or stock screen-printing presses, load/unload conveyor dryers, and assist primary machine operators.
• Quality Check: Inspect printed shirts for smudges, misalignments, or defects before folding and packing.
• Packaging & Staging: Sort, fold, count, and box finished apparel orders for shipping.
• General Cleanup: Keep work areas tidy, dispose of waste, and maintain a safe work space.
• Transporting Finished Goods: Stacking boxed, finalized apparel orders onto wooden pallets, securing them with shrink wrap, and using a manual or electric pallet jack to haul them to the shipping bay
