What you’ll be doing
- Running your own section with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and presenting dishes to multi-rosette standards
- Working with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive kitchen culture
- Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a quality kitchen
- Attitude and desire to learn is key
- Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn and progress
- A calm, professional approach in a fast-paced service
- Competitive salary £28,000 to £30,000 + tips/service
- Live-in accommodation available if required
- Staff meals on duty
