** What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing Level 1-1.5 support across client environments
• Assisting clients with forward thinking IT Strategy!
• Visiting client sites when required
• Acting as a technical advisor to clients
• Contributing to improving documentation and internal systems

** What You’ll Bring:

• Proven L1-1.5 IT support experience supporting multiple client environments (previous experience in an MSP highly regarded) 
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, cloud technologies and very basic networking
• Relevant Microsoft certifications or working towards them
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving ability
• Experience delivering cloud and infrastructure projects
• Confident client communication and advisory skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple clients and tasks
• Solid documentation habits and attention to detail
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning

** Tech Environment Experience across a mix of:

• Microsoft 365
• Azure
• Entra ID
• Intune/Autopilot
• On-prem infrastructure
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Networking & Security
• Scripting/automation
• Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)
• Virtual Machines (VM)
• SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Any Cloud migration experience a bonus!
