What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing relationships across a portfolio of clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for technology advice and service delivery
- Leading regular client review meetings and roadmap discussions
- Identifying risks, gaps and improvement opportunities across client environments
- Working closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Managing escalations and driving issues through to resolution
- Assisting with solution design, project recommendations and technology planning
- Presenting recommendations to key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Supporting project scoping and technical proposals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and account records
- Visiting client sites when required
- Previous experience in a Technical Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Senior Engineer or similar role
- MSP experience managing multiple client environments
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
