Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Solution Architect

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale financial planning solutions. This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to architect scalable EPM solutions, support financial planning initiatives, and provide technical leadership across implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

  • Design and support integrations between EPM platforms and enterprise systems such as ERP and data warehouse environments.

  • Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.

  • Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and technical implementation as needed.

  • Balance multiple initiatives while prioritizing business needs and delivering high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

  • Strong expertise with Oracle EPM or comparable enterprise planning platforms.

  • Experience designing end-to-end EPM solutions across multiple functional modules.

  • Background integrating EPM platforms with ERP, data warehouse, and other enterprise applications.

  • Hands-on technical experience with system configuration, development, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong solution architecture and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Proven ability to mentor technical team members and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and operational modeling.

  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical execution.

  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple business units.
