CNC Operator - 1st shift

CNC Operator Location: Norton Shores, MI Job Summary Are you someone who enjoys working with machines, producing precision parts, and learning new skills in a manufacturing environment? Then come check this place out and make a change. What You'll Be Doing As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include: ?? Operating CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. ?? Loading and unloading materials and finished parts from machines. ?? Monitoring machine performance and making basic adjustments as needed. ?? Inspecting parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. In addition, you will also be expected to follow work instructions, maintain a clean and organized work area, complete production documentation, and work closely with team members to meet production goals safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications: ?? Previous CNC operating experience is preferred but not required. ?? Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints. ?? Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Skills: ?? Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. ??
