Your day‑to‑day
  • Manage a portfolio of complex, high‑value, or unusual motor claims end‑to‑end
  • Assess coverage in line with policy terms, ICA and regulatory frameworks
  • Conduct detailed investigations including Day‑1 reviews and fact validation
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding processes, entitlements, and outcomes
  • Coordinate with assessors, repairers, underwriters, and external specialists
  • Manage claim costs, maintain accurate reserves, and negotiate outcomes
  • Identify and escalate compliance or risk concerns
  • Apply reasonable care assessments and make evidence‑based determinations
  • Support customers experiencing vulnerability and initiate fast‑track processes when required
  • Build strong relationships across technical, assessing, investigation and dispute resolution teams
  • Keep claims progressing efficiently toward finalisation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and support project work when needed
About You
  • Experience in Motor Claims (essential)
  • Strong technical understanding of policy application and claims assessment
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex information and make confident, fair decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capability
  • Investigation experience (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance obligations
  • Resilient, solutions‑focused and calm under pressure
  • Collaborative, proactive and eager to support team success
