Partnerships Lead - Poland (FX/Payments)

Are you a commercially driven partnerships professional with a strong network across Poland's ecommerce, fintech, payments or international trade ecosystem?

We're partnering with a rapidly growing global fintech business seeking an ambitious Partnerships Lead to build and scale strategic referral partnerships across Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth international organisation that helps businesses trade, pay and expand globally through innovative financial and payment solutions. 

In this highly visible role, you'll own key partner relationships, drive new client acquisition through referral channels, and play a critical part in expanding the company's presence in the Polish market (from Amsterdam. Candidates will ideally already be based in the Netherlands, but relocating candidates will also be considered).

What you'll be doing

• Building, developing and managing strategic partnerships that generate new business opportunities.
• Driving referral activity and commercial performance across your partner portfolio. 
• Creating and executing partnership growth strategies to maximise engagement and results
• Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, identifying challenges and delivering effective solutions. 
• Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, webinars and networking activities. 
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of new partners. 
• Providing market insight and feedback to help shape future growth initiatives. 
• Contributing to the continued growth of a fast-moving international business. 

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in partnership development or channel sales. 
• A strong network within fintech, payments, ecommerce, international trade, marketplaces, or related sectors in Poland. 
• A proven track record of delivering and exceeding commercial targets. 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels. 
• Experience developing referral, affiliate or partner-led growth programmes. 
• Strong organisational skills and a data-driven approach to performance management.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
• Fluent English and Polish
