1st Shift - Paintline Loader

Location: Zeeland, MI Shift: 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 Days/Week) Pay: $17.00 per hour Job Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Paintline Loader to join our team in Zeeland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping prepare furniture parts for the finishing process while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met. What You'll Be Doing As a Paintline Loader, your core responsibilities will include: Paint Line Loading: Load furniture parts onto the paint line to prepare them for the finishing process. Production Support: Ensure parts are properly spaced and positioned for consistent paint coverage and quality results. Line Flow: Monitor workflow and help keep the line moving to meet daily production goals. In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety and quality procedures. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Ability to work a 4-day schedule with rotating days Monday–Friday. Reliable transportation and strong attendance. Skills: Attention to Detail: Ensuring parts are loaded correctly to maintain product quality. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others to keep production running smoothly.
