LOCATION: Corporate Office- Englewood, CO 80111 (Hybrid: Mon&Fri in-office // T,W,Th WFH)
Base Salary: $85,000-$95,000

ABOUT:
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Graphic Designer & Production Manager to serve as the creative engine for a premier, nationally recognized fitness brand. In this role, you will be the bridge between high-level agency campaign concepts and the final, production-ready assets that reach our members across every digital and physical touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Execution: Translate established campaign concepts into high-quality assets for social media, paid media, email, websites, and in-club environmental signage
- Digital & Web Design: Lead the design and optimization of website and landing page experiences, applying UX/UI best practices and mobile-first, responsive design principles.
- Production Management: Scale core creative concepts into large volumes of deliverables while maintaining strict brand consistency and quality under tight deadlines.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a Junior Graphic Designer, providing day-to-day direction, prioritization, and professional development support.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with creative agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure campaign continuity across all channels.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–7+ years in graphic design, ideally within an agency or a high-volume consumer-facing brand environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma for design systems.
- Web Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build/customize templates and design responsive digital experiences—not just edit existing layouts.
- Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing a range of work across both digital (web, email, paid social) and physical (signage, print) channels is mandatory.
- Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a genuine passion for production design and the craft of scaling creative.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Primary work in a fitness facility and office setting. Temperature variations can occur. The environment includes some ambient noise such as talking and use of gym equipment and machinery.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
· Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
· Physical Strength: Sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 30 pounds.
· Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions and relay instructions to clients.
· Attendance is an essential duty of the position. Employees must work regularly scheduled shifts, during business hours to assist members and sell services in-person.
