Position Overview
We are seeking a high-gravitas, data-driven revenue leader to oversee sales performance, mentor talent, and scale market operations across South Florida. This role manages the regional business development and account management teams, focusing heavily on leadership infrastructure, team expansion, and regional profitability.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional executive presence, a deep understanding of the luxury real estate ecosystem, and a proven track record of scaling sales teams through strategic talent development and data-driven coaching.
- Location: Covering Miami up to Jupiter/West Palm and over to Naples. The candidate should ideally live in South Florida (Miami/Fort Lauderdale/Naples area). Remote/work-from-home (50–60%) and in-market events/meetings (40–50%).
- Comp Structure: $200,000 Base Salary | $300,000–$400,000 OTE (Composed of performance variables and highly lucrative equity options)

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Scaling: Lead, coach, and mentor an inherited regional team of 8 sales professionals. Drive accountability, individual development, and consistent pipeline execution.
- Market Expansion: Deliver on aggressive strategic headcount growth, scaling the regional sales team by 10% to 20% quarter-over-quarter (targeting 12–15 active sellers within the first 12 months).
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the premier executive face of the brand in the market. Lead high-level brokerage presentations, co-host high-net-worth partner events, and confidently command luxury real estate networking environments.
- Data-Driven Funnel Management: Evaluate sales reports, regional financial models, and CRM data (Salesforce preferred) to identify funnel risks early and build predictable revenue forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with internal Design, Operations, and Logistics leadership to ensure seamless, end-to-end execution of premium client projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Luxury Real Estate Acuity: Strong, fluent understanding of luxury real estate landscapes, premium developers, high-end property brokers, or tech-enabled luxury service spaces. Luxury Brokers/ Agents who are Team Leaders are encouraged to apply.
- Proven People Leadership: Experience operating as a team lead, branch manager, or sales director in a client-facing environment, with clear success in developing and holding a team accountable. Leadership and Talent Development are crucial to this role.
- Financial & P&L Literacy: Ability to confidently read financial/sales metrics and translate complex data points into actionable team strategies. Ability to analyze P&L structures is preferred.
- Exceptional Executive Presence: High gravitas, elite negotiation skills, and a natural ability to work a room and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and top-tier real estate professionals. Proven experience presenting.
- The Equity Mindset: Prior experience with or strong strategic enthusiasm for equity-driven compensation and fast-paced corporate environments.
