Seeking BE/BC Urology Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Join a collaborative urology practice with five physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Clinical interests include incontinence, BPH and robotic surgery.
  • Regional care is delivered through three office locations with experienced physicians offering mentorship.
  • An employed practice environment supports community-centered care and professional growth.
  • Forty-hour weekday schedule, generally 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Published annual compensation range: $461,435-$680,572.
  • Relocation assistance.
  • Additional CME time and a CME allowance.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
