HR Specialist

EMEA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our manufacturing client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the workforce and ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws.

This is a brand new position has been created to support the client's growth and market expansion! 

Key Responsibilities of the HR Specialist:

• Provide HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and management, addressing HR-related queries and concerns
• Support payroll processes in collaboration with external providers
• Manage employee records and HR documentation accurately
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with business objectives

Key requirements: 

• Proven experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
