Apply directSenior Program Manager - ERP / Salesforce Remediation
You are the Program Manager people call when a complex enterprise program needs structure, pace and senior stakeholder leadership.
Not more noise.
Not more reporting for the sake of reporting.
Actual control.
This role is for someone who has led complex ERP, CRM or enterprise platform remediation programs and knows how to bring governance, vendors, business leaders and delivery teams back into alignment.
The platform environment includes Salesforce, so you do need to have worked with Salesforce before.
But this is not a role for a Salesforce specialist only.
The real strength we are looking for is senior program leadership across complex ERP or enterprise platform remediation.
Stakeholders.
Vendors.
Governance.
Risk.
Budget.
Business engagement.
Delivery momentum.
That is the centre of the role.
The role
You’ll lead a high-profile 12-month remediation and transformation program connected to a complex enterprise platform environment.
The work includes Salesforce, CRM, data, governance, platform foundations and strategic business use cases.
You’ll work closely with senior business stakeholders, technology leaders, vendors, implementation partners and delivery teams.
Your job will be to bring structure to the program, create clear delivery discipline, manage risk and dependencies, and keep the work aligned to business outcomes.
This will suit you if you are comfortable operating at executive level, but still close enough to delivery to know what is really happening.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a complex ERP / Salesforce remediation program.
You’ll establish and manage program governance, reporting, planning and decision-making structures.
You’ll work closely with business leaders to understand priorities, pain points, dependencies and delivery impacts.
You’ll manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and vendor performance.
You’ll coordinate internal teams and external partners so work is prioritised, sequenced and delivered with discipline.
You’ll create clear visibility for senior stakeholders around progress, decisions, risks and outcomes.
You’ll help ensure the program is measured by practical business value, not just completed activity.
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring significant experience leading complex ERP, CRM, Salesforce or enterprise platform programs.
You’ll have strong experience remediating large programs of work where delivery has needed structure, governance and stakeholder alignment.
You will need Salesforce exposure.
Ideally, you will have led Salesforce programs before. However, we are also very open to people who have worked around Salesforce and bring deep experience remediating ERP or enterprise platform programs.
You might have worked across Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, TechnologyOne, ServiceNow or other major enterprise platforms.
Your strongest skills will be:
-
Senior stakeholder management
-
Business engagement
-
Program governance
-
Vendor management
-
Risk and issue management
-
Budget oversight
-
Delivery leadership
-
Benefits realisation
-
Executive reporting
You’ll know how to create clarity where there is ambiguity.
You’ll be able to work with business teams, technical teams and vendors without losing sight of the outcome.
You’ll be credible with executives, calm under pressure and practical enough to keep delivery moving.
Relevant program, project or agile certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM or PSM II would be useful.
Delivery credibility matters more than the badge.
Why this role could be interesting
You’ll lead a high-profile ERP / Salesforce remediation program with real organisational visibility.
You’ll work closely with business leaders, technology teams and vendors.
You’ll have the chance to reset governance, delivery discipline and program confidence across a complex platform environment.
You’ll be valued for your ability to lead people through complexity, not just for knowing a specific system.
This is a strong role if you enjoy senior stakeholder interaction, difficult delivery problems and the challenge of getting major enterprise programs back onto a credible path.
