Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist organisation delivering high-security fencing and perimeter protection projects across critical infrastructure sectors.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of major projects from mobilisation through delivery, commissioning and completion, working across high-profile environments where safety, quality, programme and commercial performance are critical.

The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of high-security fencing and associated infrastructure projects across sectors including:

• Defence and government facilities
• Airports and aviation infrastructure
• Energy and utilities
• Secure storage and logistics facilities
• Critical infrastructure and high-security facilities

You will manage projects from mobilisation through construction delivery, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of construction and infrastructure projects
• Lead project mobilisation, delivery, commissioning and handover
• Take ownership of project budgets and financial performance
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations and commercial performance
• Develop and manage project programmes and key delivery milestones
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and project resources
• Lead project planning, procurement and mobilisation activities
• Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, environmental and project requirements
• Provide accurate project reporting to senior management and clients
• Drive successful project completion, commissioning and close-out

About You We are looking for a proven construction delivery Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of complex projects from mobilisation through to final commissioning and handover.
Essential Requirements

• Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, civil or infrastructure
• Demonstrated construction delivery experience
• Proven experience managing project budgets and financial performance
• Strong experience across project mobilisation, delivery and commissioning
• Experience managing projects from inception through to completion and handover
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programmes, budgets and project controls
• Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities
• High level of commitment to safety, quality and project performance
