Production Associate

Nesco Resource is currently hiring Cabinet Finishing Associates for a cabinet manufacturing company in the Elizabethtown area. 

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist with cabinet finishing processes
• Sand, prep, and inspect cabinet components
• Maintain quality standards and production goals
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Willingness to stay productive throughout the workday
• Prior manufacturing or factory experience is highly preferred
• Cabinet, woodworking, or finishing experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
