The Opportunity

Due to growth, we’re hiring 2 x 360 Recruitment Consultants to join their Melbourne team.

You’ll step into a role with:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 desk)
  • Build and grow relationships with clients across wealth, insurance, and tech
  • Leverage existing client relationships to generate new opportunities
  • Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates
  • Conduct client meetings and candidate interviews
  • Manage pipelines and close roles efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with a high-performing team
