Purpose of the Role:

Retail Sales Assistant will work as part of a team, providing first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service, assisting with any questions or enquiries.
• Offer accurate information on product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Support customers in selecting products that best meet their needs, referring technical queries to the appropriate specialist when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised retail environment at all times.
• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, well presented, and visually appealing.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complaints or issues to management when required.
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and current special offers to provide knowledgeable customer support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Monitor and keep up to date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Assist with social media content and engagement activities as required to support the business's online presence.

• Experience dealing with customers
• Computer literate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
