Property Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate)

About the role
Step into a pivotal role as a Property Lawyer at Associate/Senior Associate level, where you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload from day one. You’ll lead transactions, work directly with clients, and drive matters with confidence and commercial focus. As a key member of the team, you’ll mentor junior colleagues, build strong client relationships, and play an active part in the continued growth and success of the property practice.
  
Duties
In this role, you will:

• Lead complex property acquisitions and disposals, including commercial conveyancing matters.
• Advise clients on property development projects from structuring through to completion.
• Manage leasing matters across commercial and retail portfolios.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, advices and associated legal documentation.
• Support a range of general commercial law matters connected to property transactions.  

Skills & experience
Ideally you will have:

• 3+ years’ PAE in property law, with strong drafting and advisory skills and experience across complex property transactions, developments and leasing.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset, with the confidence to guide and support junior lawyers.
• Clear, confident communication skills and a strong client service focus.
• Commercial drive, with an interest in contributing to business development and growing client relationships.
• The ability to juggle competing priorities, managing multiple matters with efficiency and attention to detail.
