Duties
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex property acquisitions and disposals, including commercial conveyancing matters.
- Advise clients on property development projects from structuring through to completion.
- Manage leasing matters across commercial and retail portfolios.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, advices and associated legal documentation.
- Support a range of general commercial law matters connected to property transactions.
Ideally you will have:
- 3+ years’ PAE in property law, with strong drafting and advisory skills and experience across complex property transactions, developments and leasing.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset, with the confidence to guide and support junior lawyers.
- Clear, confident communication skills and a strong client service focus.
- Commercial drive, with an interest in contributing to business development and growing client relationships.
- The ability to juggle competing priorities, managing multiple matters with efficiency and attention to detail.
