A well established organisation is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their busy, patient-focused practice. This is a full-time, front-of-house position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, suited to someone who understands the pace and priorities of a dental environment and enjoys delivering a warm, professional patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and providing a welcoming first point of contact
- Managing the appointment book
- Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting general administration
- Processing payments and handling billing/receipting
- Liaising with clinicians and the wider team
About you - To be successful, you'll bring:
- Dental reception experience OR dental practice knowledge (essential)
- Confidence using dental practice management systems (e.g., EXACT, Dental4Windows, Core Practice or similar)
- Strong customer service and communication skills (in-person and over the phone)
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- A reliable, team-first attitude and professional presentation
