MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – DIGITAL

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician – Digital to support the continuous operation of digital printing and electronic manufacturing systems. This is a hands-on opportunity for a technically skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems, maintaining automated equipment, and keeping production running efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on digital printing and automated production equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, software, and control-system issues.

• Diagnose and repair equipment using electrical controls, sensors, PLCs, and related technology.

• Perform equipment calibration and adjustments to maintain consistent equipment performance and print quality.

• Identify equipment issues and take appropriate corrective action to minimize production downtime.

• Document maintenance activities, repairs, calibration, and technical issues accurately.

• Partner with Production and other departments to quickly resolve equipment problems and maintain reliable operations.

• Support ongoing equipment performance, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience maintaining digital, automated, or electronic manufacturing equipment.

• Technical degree or formal training in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, and electronic controls.

• Experience troubleshooting electrical and electronic equipment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and understand technical information and equipment documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document maintenance activities.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with Production and Maintenance teams.
