Beaumont People is proud to be partnering with Endeavour College of Natural Health, the largest provider of complementary medicine higher education degrees in the Southern Hemisphere, to recruit a passionate Clinical Supervisor (Lecturer) -Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Located on the beautiful, picturesque Gold Coast, this role offers the opportunity to work in a stunning coastal environment while contributing to the education and development of future Chinese Medicine practitioners.

This permanent part-time opportunity offers flexibility, with the College open to candidates seeking either a 2-day or up to 4-day per week commitment, depending on availability and what best suits the successful candidate. Whether you are looking to balance clinical practice with teaching or transition into academia, this role provides the opportunity to educate and inspire the next generation of Chinese Medicine practitioners.

About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor and Lecturer, you will become an integral member of the academic team, delivering engaging learning experiences while mentoring students in both classroom and clinical environments.
In this role you will:
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across lectures, tutorials, practical classes, face-to-face and online learning environments.
  • Supervise students within the teaching clinic, supporting the development of safe, capable and confident practitioners.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and provide regular, constructive feedback to support student progress and achievement of learning outcomes.
  • Assess, mark and moderate student work and performance in line with College requirements, policies and industry standards.
  • Contribute to course and program development through feedback, industry consultation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the scholarly and professional community life of the College, including meetings, training, events and collaborative activities.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Chinese Medicine practitioner who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting the development of future practitioners.

To be successful, you will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree qualification in Chinese Medicine.
  • Current registration with CMBA in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine divisions is essential. Candidates registered across all three divisions (Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Chinese Herbal Dispensing) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated industry experience working within Chinese Medicine.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and the wider community.
  • A genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.
  • The ability to align with Endeavour’s values and contribute positively to the team culture.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor, educator, mentor, or in a comparable teaching or supervisory role is highly regarded, but not essential.
