What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct scripted phone interviews with a calm, courteous demeanor
  • Accurately record responses and ensure data quality
  • Maintain reliable attendance and meet weekly hour requirements
  • Provide an unbiased, neutral experience for survey participants

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, clear phone voice
  • Ability to follow scripts and remain professional and neutral
  • Comfortable working on a computer in a structured office environment
  • Dependable with reliable attendance, willing to work evenings and weekends

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Previous call center or customer service experience
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Experience handling challenging or frustrated respondents with professionalism

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service, health surveys, or call center roles is a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available to work onsite in Topeka, KS, at least 15 hours weekly, including one weekend shift
  • Willingness to attend interviews and training sessions scheduled for late June
  • Reliable attendance, with a focus on consistency

Salary: $15 per hour
