Job Responsibilities:
• Prep rolls
• Split cores
• housekeeping
• Identify board grades
• Banding
• Operate roll pusher
Safety:
Required – PPE must be worn while on your job. At a minimum safety glass, steel or composite toe shoes and hearing protection. Gloves are always required on the production floor and warehouses. Please see Appendix A and Appendix B (Conover specific) attached to the *** Glove Policy (CompliantPro). Bump cap per company policy
Required – All safety policies and guidelines must be followed.
Required – Comply with safety participation program
Required – "Let's talk safety” We use this phrase as a safety intervention and our employees want you to look out after your fellow employees so that they do not get hurt on the job.
