The Data and Analytics team is dedicated to supporting clients across various industries—spanning sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, business development, and back-office functions—by utilizing data and AI expertise to solve business challenges and facilitate transformative change.

About the Role

The consultant role focuses on aiding clients in harnessing the potential of data and AI to achieve business transformation and tackle complex challenges. The consultant will engage in projects that support innovation, data utilization, and analytics platform strategies, as well as the implementation of AI and advanced analytics solutions. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from strategic planning and innovation support to system implementation and governance.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Innovation Creation:

• Formulate visions and foster innovation using both client-owned and external data.
• Conduct R&D and foundational validation of core technologies to create future roadmaps.
• Develop data utilization strategies and business use cases aimed at enhancing corporate value (increasing revenue, reducing costs, mitigating risks).
• Create and implement architectures and systems to support innovation from core technologies.

1. Data Utilization and Analytics Platform Strategy/Implementation:

• Formulate strategies and roadmaps for building data utilization and analytics platforms, including AI, Analytics, and IoT.
• Design and implement loosely coupled data platforms and ecosystems to facilitate data acquisition, integration, analysis, and utilization.

1. AI and Analytics Utilization for Business and System Strategies/Implementation:

• Support clients in creating new value through the use of diverse data and advanced algorithms.
• Leverage proprietary AI solutions to drive game-changing innovations.
• Develop KPIs and use cases for data analysis to enhance management and business operations.
• Implement dashboards and analytical tools for operational visualization, forecast analysis, alert notifications, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and support applications through PoC to verify impact and risk.
• Establish data management policies and guidelines for data governance to enable enterprise-wide data utilization.
• Assist in the installation of CDOs (Chief Data Officers) and the design of data-driven decision-making organizations.
• Implement data governance solutions to enhance data security, quality, and usability in compliance with various regulations.

Requirements:

• Expertise in data and AI, with a strong background in implementing innovative and strategic solutions.
• Experience in developing data utilization strategies and building analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in AI and advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
• Ability to create and implement data governance policies and frameworks.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
