Join one of Australia's leading banking institutions as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, playing a key role in delivering high-volume recruitment across the Retail Branch Network.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging recruitment professional looking to develop their Talent Acquisition career within a dynamic and fast-paced banking environment.
 
Please note: This opportunity is initially expected to run through to February 2027.
 
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for branch-based roles across the network. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Retail Branch positions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Proactively source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
• Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed efficiently and in line with business objectives.

 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 1-2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or
• Previous experience in banking, retail, customer-facing, or high-volume recruitment environments will be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for recruitment.
