Nesco Resource is hiring a dependable and hardworking Stabilon Machine Operator for a textile manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. This position is ideal for someone with machine operation or manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Stabilon textile machinery to ensure efficient production.

  • Load and unload fabric and materials onto production equipment.

  • Set up machines and make adjustments according to production requirements.

  • Monitor fabric quality and inspect finished products for defects.

  • Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.

  • Maintain proper fabric alignment and monitor machine performance.

  • Assist with changing rolls and transporting finished materials.

  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.

  • Keep machinery and surrounding work areas clean and organized.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

  • Meet daily production and quality goals.

Job Requirements

  • Previous textile manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.

  • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
