About the Company

Our client is a large, established organisation seeking an experienced IT commercial and contracts professional to support a number of key technology contracts approaching renewal and renegotiation. You’ll work within a collaborative environment alongside IT, procurement and broader business stakeholders.

About the Role

This role will support the review, renewal and renegotiation of a number of key IT contracts and supplier agreements. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and technology vendors to understand current arrangements, assess commercial requirements and support negotiations through to agreement.

Key responsibilities will include reviewing existing IT contracts, supporting upcoming renewals, assisting with commercial negotiations and engaging with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the process.

About You

• Experience across IT sourcing, procurement or commercial contracts
• Strong experience with IT contract renewals and renegotiations
• Good exposure to software and SaaS contract negotiations
• Experience negotiating and engaging with technology vendors
• Exposure to enterprise agreements such as Microsoft or AWS would be beneficial
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of technology contracts
• Comfortable working with IT, procurement and business stakeholders
• Industry background is flexible, with relevant IT contracts experience the key requirement
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
