Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Full-time emergency medicine practice with more than 55,000 annual visits and approximately nine trauma cases monthly.
  • Diverse acuity and case mix; no single-coverage responsibilities.
  • Highly flexible scheduling supports work-life balance.
  • Collaborative physicians, APPs, nurses and support staff emphasize mutual respect and shared learning.
  • Strong APP training programs and physician mentorship support cohesive care delivery.
  • Access to 24/7 hospitalist coverage, a full spectrum of specialty services and integrated psychiatric resources.
  • Efficient coordination across departments and responsive leadership support clinical practice.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Effective hourly rates: $228.90 for days and $274.68 for nights, reflecting the paid time-off program.
  • Sign-on incentive advertised.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
