Finance Systems Analyst - Exclusive

This Finance Systems Analyst role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a key EPM platform while partnering closely with Finance and IT to improve reporting, analysis, and business performance.

Responsibilities of Finance Systems Analyst:

• Manage and enhance the organization’s EPM/consolidation platform, supporting ongoing optimization and user adoption
• Support group reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting activities across an international business environment
• Monitor reporting accuracy, data integrity, and financial structures to ensure high-quality outputs
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to streamline financial reporting and analysis
• Deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and performance insights to support decision-making
• Act as a key link between Finance and IT, collaborating with stakeholders across the wider business

Experience required:

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Experience across financial reporting, consolidation, and month-end close processes
• Exposure to EPM/consolidation systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, or IBM Planning
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Comfortable working across both Finance and IT stakeholders within a systems-driven environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English
