A Global Retail firm is looking for talented Application Engineer  for the Digital Business Transformation Service Department.


Responsibilities:
The development areas envisioned for in-house development engineers are as follows We understand the entire process of the clothing business in-house and are developing systems on an end-to-end basis.
We will suggest the position with the highest possibility of success when you proceed to the interview.

EC Backend Engineer
You will be involved in the design, development, and global deployment of EC platforms built on a microservices architecture.

DevOps Engineer
DevOps Engineers are responsible for orchestrating and operating containerized applications using Kubernetes, building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and promoting automation of code deployment and testing.

EC Front-end Engineer (Web)
You will be involved in the design, development, and global deployment of an EC front-end built on React/Redux.

Mobile Development Engineer (App)
Design, development, and global deployment of EC front-end for iOS and Android.

UI/UX Engineer (Web/App)
Design, development, and enhancement of UI/UX components built on React/Flutter.

Global Core System Development Engineer
You will be involved in the development and operation of advanced production, logistics, and delivery systems, mainly for supply chain, automated warehouses, etc. You will also be involved in the development and operation of SAP products (SAP Solution). You will also develop and operate core systems using SAP products (S/4 HANA Finance, CAR, PI, etc.).

Data Integration and ETL Development Engineer
You will be involved in the construction and expansion of global inter-company data integration and data collaboration systems implemented in the cloud.

Data Lake Development Engineer
The Data Lake Development Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of a data lake and data integration system to centrally manage the Fast Retailing Group's big data.

Fast Retailing Global Platform Development Engineer
You will be involved in the in-house development of batch processing infrastructure, data integration infrastructure, authentication and authorization infrastructure, etc., which are deployed company-wide as common services realized on the cloud, as well as the deployment of the developed products into business applications.

You will also have opportunities to travel overseas to countries where we do business and to development partner sites.
Job Description is subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental or organizational changes.


Required Skills:
- 5+ years of programming experience (Java, Javascript, Go, Python, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in basic design, detailed design, and testing of systems
- At least 3 years of experience in system operation
 - Positive, strong sense of responsibility, flexible in mindset, and willing to take problems seriously.
 - Logical thinking. Ability to go beyond language to understand intent and background and lead to problem resolution.
 - A positive attitude and ability to work in a work environment where English is used on a daily basis

Working Hours: Flexible working hours (core time 9:00–14:00), Monday–Friday
Work Style: Up to 2 days per week remote work available
