Engineering Manager
Our client builds commerce technology used by major retailers around the world, point of sale, mobile, self-service and back-of-store operations. It's an established, well-resourced global technology company with a strong footprint in the retail tech space.
We're hiring Engineering Managers to lead teams building the next chapter of the platform: AI-native development tooling, an agentic platform layer, and a genuinely engineering-owned delivery model. There's no PMO running the schedule here, the engineering chain owns outcomes end to end, with Technical Program Managers, QA and DevOps supporting delivery rather than owning it.
