My client, a global branded products company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital & Channel Marketing Manager to join their team based in Shannon. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.
As the Digital & Channel Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and optimising performance-led digital activity across paid media, SEO, and eCommerce channels to drive revenue growth and B2B lead generation.
In addition, you will lead go-to-market planning and retail partner marketing initiatives, supporting product launches and improving in-store execution to maximise sell-out performance.
Tasks & Duties
Digital marketing
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and remarketing channels
- Drive eCommerce growth through customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and ROI-focused activity
- Develop and deliver B2B digital campaigns to generate qualified sales leads
- Manage SEO/AEO activity including keyword strategy, content optimisation, and product visibility
- Track, analyse, and report on performance (traffic, CAC, ROAS, conversion, revenue)
- Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Work with eCommerce teams to identify CRO and UX improvements (no hands-on dev ownership)
- Evaluate and manage digital tools, platforms, and external partners
Channel marketing
- Deliver joint marketing plans with retail, telco, and distribution partners
- Lead go-to-market execution for product launches
- Create and oversee in-store and POS materials aligned to brand standards
- Support retail events, trade shows, and partner activations (including logistics and supplier management)
- Develop sales enablement materials to support field teams
- Occasional international travel
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Background in consumer electronics, mobile tech, accessories, or related branded consumer products (preferred)
- Strong experience in performance and/or channel marketing in a multi-market or international setting
- Proven delivery of measurable commercial results (e.g. revenue, ROAS, sell-out, or lead generation)
- Experience across digital marketing (paid media, SEO, eCommerce) and partner/channel marketing
- Ability to operate in a senior, hands-on role balancing strategy and execution
- Strong analytical and data-led decision-making skills
- Experience working with sales, product, and retail/distribution partners
- Strong stakeholder management at senior level
- International experience highly desirable
- Additional languages (French, German, Spanish) an advantage
- Must have the right to work in Ireland and be within commuting distance; relocation and sponsorship are not available.
