What You'll Do:
- Dive deep into Talent Acquisition data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and presentations using PowerBI, Excel, and ATS platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and TA stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting tools.
- Create engaging, user-friendly dashboards and advanced reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Respond swiftly to ad-hoc data requests and maintain comprehensive documentation and SOPs.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Management, HRIS, or related fields.
- Proven experience analyzing talent acquisition data, preferably in contract or project-based roles.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, ideally iCIMS.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent technical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with other data visualization tools or HR analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Previous experience working in fast-growing or scale-up companies.
- Certifications in data analysis or visualization tools.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition analytics or a similar environment.
Additional Requirements:
- This position is remote, requiring reliable internet access and strong self-management skills.
- Ability to work W2 only; C2C arrangements are not accepted.
- Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, and documentation best practices.
