Practice Integrity & Governance Manager

We're seeking an experienced governance, quality, compliance, or clinical practice leader to help drive a culture of excellence across a diverse portfolio of community services. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll strengthen governance and safeguarding frameworks, lead quality and compliance initiatives, and support continuous improvement across disability, aged care, mental health, homelessness, suicide prevention, and injury management programs. Your work will directly contribute to safer, more effective, and person-centred services that improve outcomes for the people and communities we support.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Clinical Excellence & Governance, you will:

• Lead governance, safeguarding, quality, and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee audits, incident management, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices.
• Develop policies, frameworks, and practice standards.
• Coach and support operational leaders and teams.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Lead a specialist team and contribute to strategic organisational projects.

About You You will bring:

• Qualifications and/or registration in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Disability Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in governance, quality, compliance, safeguarding, or clinical practice leadership.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, Mental Health legislation, or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement and person-centred practice.
