Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Irvine, CA

Schedule: Standard

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Range: $20–$24/hr




We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our commercial organization by maintaining sales systems, managing reporting and analytics, coordinating cross-functional operational processes, and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms. This individual will work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and other business partners to support sales operations, reporting, new hire onboarding, system administration, and process improvements.




Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage and support a variety of projects within the Sales Operations department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up new hires across multiple business systems and ensuring appropriate system access
  • Managing account alignment and maintaining sales roster files
  • Supporting Salesforce approval processes and user administration
  • Maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics
  • Ensuring data integrity across sales systems and reporting tools
  • Preparing standard and ad hoc reports for Sales leadership
  • Resolving case corrections and troubleshooting EW1-related issues
  • Managing and following up on CET support tickets
  • Supporting month-end activities and partnering with Finance on no-charge requests
  • Tracking IT development projects and providing project status updates
  • Updating the SM3 funnel presentation on a bi-weekly basis
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending operational enhancements
  • Providing end-user support and training for sales tools and systems
  • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business operations




Essential Job Duties and Job Functions:

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales data across multiple platforms
  • Serve as a point of contact for system access, troubleshooting, and user support
  • Balance recurring operational tasks (reporting, month-end, ticket follow-up) with ad hoc project support
  • Communicate project status and operational updates to stakeholders across departments




Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/CRM/reporting tools preferred




Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred but not required (based on experience)
  • 3+ years of analytical experience, including work with spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing
  • Experience supporting Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations preferred
