Catering to functions and events as well as the traditional a la carte menus utilising local produce, this role offers many areas in which to assert your influence and drive profitability. Working alongside the General Manager, this role provides scope for creativity and business savvy whilst enjoying the stunning surroundings of this gorgeous town.
