IT Audit PMO

They are currently looking for an experienced IT Audit PMO to join their team and support the IT audit process across diverse projects. This role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, enhancing security, and contributing to ongoing improvements in IT operations.

About the Role:

This IT Audit PMO role is designed for an individual with strong expertise in IT infrastructure and a solid background in audit processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing IT audits to ensure that organizational and regulatory standards are consistently met. With a mix of technical and managerial responsibilities, this role requires a proactive approach to project management, compliance, and risk mitigation within the IT domain.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate audit activities with key stakeholders across various departments.
• Organize audit schedules and resource allocation to ensure thorough process adherence.
• Monitor and report on audit processes regularly, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational objectives.
• Oversee the effective implementation of audit recommendations, enhancing compliance and operational efficiency.
• Identify areas of improvement in IT operations, focusing on risk mitigation and security enhancement.
• Provide guidance and support in adhering to regulatory standards, particularly in relation to IT infrastructure and data management.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, with experience in network architecture, data centers, and system security.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects, ideally within a large-scale infrastructure or audit context.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
• Proficiency in data analysis and audit tools such as Excel, ACL, and IDEA.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively, ensuring project completion within budget.
• Skilled in resource allocation, project documentation, and risk assessment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments for compliance and process improvement.
