Industrial Cleaner TL

Job Summary: Supports frontline by guiding team members, ensuring safe and effcient execution of work, and reinforcing quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. Leads daily task assignments, communicates expectations, verifes work completion, and esclatess issues to the Group Leader as needed. Helps build a positive work culture models safe behavior, and assists in onboarding training team members to ensure consistent performance at continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct daily task for assigned team members
• Conduct start-of-shift huddles when delegated by Group Leader
• Reinforce safety requirements and ensure proper use of PPE
• Verify adherence to WIS, JHA, and LOTO
• Monitor work quality and escalate performance or safey issues to the Group Leader
• Support Housekeeping, tool control, and 5S standards.
• Assist with onboarding and skill development of new team members
• Communicate production needs, safety concerns, and customer priorities
• Perform work alongside team and ensure correct task execution.
