An established pediatric specialty team in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join its growing practice.


Position Highlights:

  • Primarily outpatient practice, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Excellent work-life balance
  • Average 12–14 patients per day
  • Join a team of 1 Pediatric and 3 Adult Endocrinologists, 9 APCs and robust clinical support staff
  • Work alongside CDCES RNs and Registered Dietitians
  • Strong support from Endocrinology and Pediatrics
  • Some outreach opportunities available, including telehealth outreach
  • Shared call with another Pediatric Endocrinologist, with coverage provided during time away
  • Inpatient diabetic care supported by Hospitalists, Pediatric Intensivists, NPs and PAs
  • Access to two hospitals located on the same connected campus
  • Opportunity to practice at a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
  • Duluth International Airport provides convenient regional air access


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $256K compensation
  • Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
