About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries from start to resolution assigning, documenting, following up, and escalating complex issues when needed.
- Perform accurate, timely order entry, maintenance, and enquiry management.
- Monitor orders and inventory positions to maximise service outcomes and reduce handling costs.
- Process purchase orders and transfer orders.
- Maintain daily logistics checklists and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
- Liaise proactively with other teams to resolve customer enquiries.
Skills and Experience
- Consistent work history in customer service, administration, or a contact centre environment
- Strong written and verbal communication with a warm, professional manner
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to competing priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Oracle or similar CRM/ERP platforms is a plus
- Someone who takes ownership, asks good questions, and looks for ways to improve

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.
