Nesco Resource is hiring a short-term Sander for a local Client in Conover, NC
1st shift: 7a-3p - possible 6-8 weeks, could turn into long term
Monday - Friday
 

Hand sand and machine sand furniture components to prepare surfaces for staining, glazing, painting, or finishing. Inspect wood surfaces for imperfections, ensure smooth and consistent quality, and follow production standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Skilled in using orbital sanders, air sanders, and hand sanding techniques on solid wood and veneer furniture components.

• Hand and orbital sanding experience
• Quality inspection and attention to detail
• Furniture manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
