Shipping-Receiving-Driver

We are seeking a dependable Shipping/Receiving & Driver to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering materials to designated locations. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Unload trucks and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing orders.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver materials and products to customers or other designated locations.
• Secure all loads to ensure safe transportation.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Keep company vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work overtime or adjusted hours as needed to support business demands.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
