We are currently seeking Experienced Bi-Lingual Leasing Consultant in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas to join our Property Management Group! Pay Rate: $17-19/hour (based on experience) PAID WEEKLY

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 year of prior leasing and assistant manager experience is desired!
  • Has knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Attendance and punctuality is imperative.
  • Have working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases.
  • Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability Friendly, energetic, and great people skills.
  • Have the ability to work weekends.
